return eligibility:

Costumers can request a return only if:

  • The product receiving is damage, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is made 2 days of delivery.

    Condition for return:

    To be eligible for return, the product must:

    • Be in its original condition.
    • Be unused and unwashed.
    • Have all original tags attached.
    • Be free from perfume, stain, makeups marks, or any odor.
    • Be returned with the same packaging and same product received.
    • Not be altered or damaged in any way after delivery.

        Important note:

        • Returned product will be inspected carefully after receiving them. If the product does not meet the above condition, the return or refund may be rejected.

        refund process:

        • Once the returned product passes inspection, the refund will be initiated.
        • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
        • Refund usually 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

        Non- refundable situations:

        Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:

        • The saree has been used or washed.
        • Tags are removed.
        • Product is damaged after delivery.
        • wrong product is returned.
